Twelfth Night

Shakespeare in the Park is an outdoor presentation and open to the public. There is NO CHARGE for attending. This is our gift to the community. Feel free to bring lawn chairs, blankets. If you desire to make a donation of any amount, they’re always welcomed and appreciated. You can donate online, mail it directly to The Attic Theatre, or give to one of our staff at any performance. [NOTE: The Attic Theatre is a 501c3. Therefore, all donations are tax deductible.]

Plot Summary:

Viola thinks her twin brother is dead. He thinks that she is dead. Everyone thinks that she is her brother. and that her brother is her. Shenanigans ensue as Viola,  dresses as a boy and works for Duke Orsino, whom she falls in love with. Orsino is in love with the Countess Olivia, and sends Viola to court her for him, but Olivia falls for Viola instead. Sebastian arrives, causing a flood of mistaken identity in the Bard’s madcap comedy.


Rebecca Roy received her degree in Theatre from Indiana Wesleyan where she graduated in 2014. She enjoys teaching and directing for various groups throughout Central Indiana and is honored to serve as Executive Director for The Attic Theatre. Other productions she has directed for this company include Julius Caesar, Annie and Macbeth. In addition to filling the role as director, Rebecca has played significant roles on stage including Margaret Lord in The Philadelphia Story, and more recently Juror # 11 in Twelve Angry Women.
